Prerequisites
Before viewing subscription details, ensure that:
- You have a Hilti Online account.
- You are logged in on Hilti Online.
- You are the Subscription Administrator (the person who originally purchased the subscription or was granted admin rights).
Only the subscription admin can view or manage subscription details. While all logged-in users of the account are able to view subscriptions.
Step‑by‑step instructions
1. Log in to the Hilti Online account
Go to Hilti Online and sign in with your registered email and password. Make sure you go to your country's Hilti Online page.
You must be logged in using the same account used during purchase.
2. Open the Subscription Portal
- Click on your profile icon in the top‑right corner of the website.
- Select “Your Subscriptions” (or equivalent option displayed on the website).
This opens the Hilti Subscription Portal where all company software subscriptions are listed.
3. Locate your PROFIS Engineering Premium subscription
Inside the portal, scroll through your company’s subscription list and look for: PROFIS Engineering Premium
Each subscription entry displays:
- Subscription name
- Subscription ID
- Number of licenses
- Renewal date
- Purchase order number
- Status (Active / Pending activation)
4. View additional subscription details
Click the three‑dot menu (⋮) next to the subscription.
You will see two important management options:
- Manage users → View or update who has access to the subscription.
- Manage subscription → View full subscription details, payment method, terms, renewal information, and legal agreements.
- Change payment method or PO number.
- Read software service agreement.
- Cancel subscription for next renewal
- Transfer admin rights.
5. Access subscription activation history (if applicable)
If your subscription was recently purchased, the Subscription Admin may need to activate it. Activation happens by clicking an email link or doing it directly from the portal.
Details about activation and pending actions appear in the subscription card.
