Summary
You need to access the Anchoring to Masonry module before you can define materials, modify geometry, or run anchor design calculations. This article explains how to access the module so that you can begin your masonry design workflow.
Prerequisites
Make sure you have:
- A valid Hilti account
- Access to PROFIS Engineering
- A stable internet connection
Step-by-step instructions

Go to the PROFIS Engineering website
https://profisengineering.hilti.com/ -
Log in to your account
Enter your Hilti credentials to access your workspace. -
Open the Anchoring to Masonry module
Click New in the top-left corner.
From the dropdown options, select Custom design.

Select the fixing type
In the pop-up window, choose Masonry from the fixing type options. -
Customize settings (Optional)
If needed, adjust:- Anchor calculation method & approvals
- Units and default parameters
Click Save once finished.

Start a new design
After selecting Masonry and saving your settings, the Anchoring to Masonry design workspace will open automatically.
Alternative access method
On the PROFIS Engineering home page, you can also click the Anchoring to Masonry tile directly under the Applications section in the center panel.

Module availability depends on your region and permissions. Contact your local Hilti representative if you cannot access the module.
