Summary
PROFIS Engineering Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks advanced features such as BIM/CAD integration, load import from structural analysis software, Smart Design automation, and advanced baseplate design using CBFEM. You can purchase a Premium license directly through Hilti’s online store or manage your subscription later through the Hilti Subscription Portal on hilti online.
Prerequisites
Before purchasing, ensure that you:
- Have a Hilti Online account.
- Are logged in to the Hilti Online website.
- Have the appropriate purchasing permissions within your organization (only subscription admins can manage or modify subscriptions).
Step-by-step instructions

Go to the PROFIS Engineering Premium product page
Navigate to Hilti Online page for PROFIS Engineering Suite.
This page lists the Premium option under the available software licenses.
Make sure you go to your country's Hilti Online page. -
Log in to your Hilti account
Click Log in at the top of the page and enter your Hilti email and password.
You must be logged in to view pricing and purchase subscription licenses. -
Choose your subscription license type
Hilti offers two subscription models:-
Individual License
A single named user license assigned to one person. On the drop down menu you may select different payment plans depending on your country or/and region. -
Floating License
Shared by multiple users—one user can access it at a time.
You will see the available options listed on the product page. On the drop down menu you may select different payment plans depending on your country or/and region.Prices vary based on your logged‑in region and company account.

Individual License

Select the subscription and click “Add to cart”
Once you choose your subscription option:- Select the quantity.
- Click Add to cart.

Proceed to the checkout process.
The checkout page will prompt you to confirm payment details and billing information.

Receive your subscription activation email
After the purchase is completed:- The Subscription Administrator (the buyer) receives an activation email.
- They must click Proceed to accept the agreement.
- Then click Activate Subscription.

Only after activation can the subscription be used.

Manage licenses in the Hilti Subscription Portal (optional)
Subscription admins can manage the Premium license at any time:- Log in to your Hilti Online account.
- Click your profile icon.
- Select Your Subscriptions.

Use the three‑dots menu next to the subscription to:
- Assign users
- Change payment method
- Modify license quantity
- Transfer subscription admin rights
- Cancel subscription for the next renewal
Tip
If you want to evaluate the Premium features before purchasing, Hilti provides a 30‑day fully featured free trial, after which you automatically revert to the Standard (free) version unless you decide to upgrade.
