Summary
Defining the correct concrete base material ensures that PROFIS Engineering applies the appropriate concrete grade, and material properties required for accurate design in the Post-installed rebar module.
Prerequisites
Make sure you:
- Are logged in to your PROFIS Engineering account
- Have opened the Post-installed rebar module

Step-by-step instructions

Open the Installation Conditions tab
In your Post-installed rebar design workspace, navigate to the Concrete member tab on the left-hand side of the screen. -
Select concrete grade
Choose the appropriate Concrete grade for existing and new concrete material from the dropdown menus. Cracked concrete option is not enabled for Lap splice connection. It is applicable only for End anchorage connection.
