Prerequisites

Make sure you:

  • Are logged in to your PROFIS Engineering account
  • Have opened the Shear strengthening module

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to the Results and Notifications panel
    In your Shear strengthening design workspace, open the Results and Notifications panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

  2. Review design results
    Expand the Zone section(s) to view the overall design results.

  3. View Notifications
    Open the Notifications section to review design tips, warnings, and error messages.

  4. Save and generate detailed design report
    Click Generate report on the right-hand side of the screen.
    In the pop‑up window, select Save and generate to create a full detailed design report.

Tip

When evaluating results, it is essential to first examine the strengthening need. Modify no. of zones, fastening element size, layout and so on to optimise your design.
