Summary
Creating a design template allows you to reuse your preferred design inputs, so that you don’t need to start from scratch each time you create a similar connection.
Note: This option can be accessed only by users who are subscribed to PROFIS Engineering Premium.
Prerequisites
Make sure you:
- Are logged in to your PROFIS Engineering account
- Have opened the Anchor channel module
- Have entered all design inputs

Step-by-step instructions

Click the Save as template icon
In your Anchor channel design workspace, go to the top panel and select the Save as template icon. -
Name your template
In the pop‑up window, enter a name for your template and click Save.

Creating templates for your commonly used connection types can save time and help standardise your design process.
