How to use the 2D Editor in Concrete overlay module

Prerequisites

Make sure you:

• Are logged in to your PROFIS Engineering account
• Have opened the Concrete overlay module
• Have enabled the 2D editor

Step-by-step instructions

1. Modify dimensions
   In the 2D view, click directly on any dimension label for base material to edit it. 

   

   Tip: Make sure the select button is enabled prior to editing.

   

2. View zone analysis
   Click on the arrow to expand and view zone analysis.
   
    
3. Select product
   Click the Shear connector box in the top right corner of the 2D view to choose the product type, size, view length, and to view product approval data.
   
    

4. Modify the view
   Pan: Click the Pan model button to drag and reposition the model.

   

   View mode: Toggle between top view, side view and front view as needed.

   

5. Modify grid settings
   Open Layout on the left-hand panel.
   Modify Grid spacing as required.
   Enable or disable Show grid.
   

Tip

Use Show/hide elements in 2D to control what is displayed. 
For better workspace visibility, use the Zoom in/out, Reset camera, and Collapse menu options.
