Go to PROFIS Engineering website

Log in to your account using your Hilti credentials
Sign in using your Hilti credentials. -
Share a template folder
To share a template folder:- On the left-hand side of the screen, select Templates
- Click the folder you want to share.

Click the three dots next to the folder and select Sharing from the dropdown list.

In the pop‑up window, enter the email address of the person you want to share the template folder with.

Share a design template
To share a specific design template:- Click on the design template file in the selected templated folder.

Click the three dots on the selected template and choose Share from the dropdown list.

In the pop‑up, enter the email address of the contact you want to share the individual template with.

Sharing templates is especially useful when working in teams or across multiple offices. It ensures everyone starts with the same design assumptions, improving consistency and reducing setup time.
