Summary

The quick results view provides a detailed breakdown of governing failure modes and utilization ratios, helping you validate your design and determine whether any adjustments are required.

Prerequisites

Make sure you are logged in to your PROFIS Engineering account and have opened the Anchoring to Concrete module. If you need help accessing the module, click here for step‑by‑step instructions.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to the Results and Notifications panel
In your Anchoring to Concrete design workspace, open the Results and Notifications panel on the right-hand side of the screen.
  1. View the Anchor Loads
Expand or collapse the Anchor Loads section using the arrow next to it.
Here, you can review the loads acting on each anchor based on your inputs.
  1. Review design results
Expand the Anchor Design section to view the overall design results.
Use the arrows under each load type to see the utilization of individual failure modes.

  2. View Notifications
Open the Notifications section to review design tips, warnings, and error messages.
  1. Save and generate detailed design report
Click Generate report on the right-hand side of the screen.
In the pop‑up window, select Save and generate to create a full detailed design report.

Tip

When evaluating results, it is essential to first examine the governing failure mode and its corresponding utilization percentage. Minor modifications to geometry, embedment depth, spacing, or load direction can alter the governing mode; therefore, reassess the input parameters if the design is either overutilized or underutilized.
