How to save PROFIS design file in Diaphragm Design module

Prerequisites

Make sure you:

  • Are logged in to your PROFIS Engineering account
  • Have opened the Diaphragm Design module

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click the Save icon
    In your Diaphragm Design workspace, go to the panel on the right-hand side of the screen and click the Save icon.

  2. Save the PROFIS design file
    Choose PROFIS file to device.
    The file will be automatically saved to your downloads folder or your predefined system folder.

Tip

For repeated use, it is recommended to save a clean version as a template to facilitate the quick initiation of new designs with consistent default settings.
